Mourinho hoping to reunite with former Chelsea star at Roma
Recall that following his sack at Tottenham Hotspur, Jose Mourinho got a new offer from Italian side, AS Roma and is expected to resume fully next season.
However, ahead of his resumption, the Portugal international seems to be working on players to work with at his new club.
And the latest report has revealed that Mourinho is working on a possible reunion with former Chelsea star, Eden Hazard at Roma.
Recall that Mourinho coach Hazard when he was in charge at Stamford Bridge between, 2013 and 2015.
While Hazard has departed Chelsea for Real Madrid, he is however having a hard time in the Spanish club and also battles with incessant injuries.
Following this, the Los Blancos are said to be open for any transfer for him in the summer as they make move to sign Borussia Dortmund star, Erling Haaland.
According to Spanish news outlet Deportes Cuatro, Mourinho is monitoring Hazard’s situation and will consider making a swoop for him this summer.
The report however further suggests that the Serie A club would favour a loan deal rather than a permanent switch due to their current financial predicament.
Real Madrid on the other hand would prefer to receive a transfer fee.
