Chelsea manager, Enzo Maresca led his side to another win against Leicester City in their first game after the November international break.

Maresca in a statement singled out one player from Leicester City side in person of Jamie Vardy, insisting that he is England’s best striker, ahead of Harry Kane and Wayne Rooney.

The Blues boss made the statement before Chelsea’s Premier League 2-1 win over Leicester City on Saturday.

Recall that Vardy played a critical role in Leicester City’s promotion campaign last season under Maresca, before the manager left the club to replace Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge.

The 37-year-old has continue to score goals for Leicester.

“People don’t realise how good he is,” Maresca was quoted via Metro UK as saying.

He added that England has been quite lucky because of Kane and Rooney, as those type of striker are fantastic.
