Man Utd defender Victor Lindelof has reacted to their next match vs Burnley this weekend.

Following their recent defeat to Bayern Munich in their first UCL game of the season, the Red Devils will now turn their attention to their next Premier League match against Burnley on Saturday.

Lindelof in his statement emphasised how returning to winning ways at Turf Moor this weekend is of the utmost importance.

According to Lindelof, a lot of Man Utd players are eager to play against Burnley, especially with the hope of bouncing back.

“In the Premier League, it’s always tough. It’s all about the recovery and like you said, we’re staying here tonight and we will try to get a good night’s sleep and recover well,” the defender told MUTV.

“We then fly back to Manchester to prepare for the game on Saturday.

“Everyone is eager to play that game as well, to bounce back and get three points and hopefully keep going after that.”
