Liverpool vs. Chelsea: Kante predicts outcome

Chelsea will head to Anfield on Thursday night to face league winners, Liverpool.

Chelsea will head to the match with a boost following their goalless draw with Man Utd at Stamford Bridge over the weekend.

Although Liverpool are struggling to repeat the form they were known for from the last sea, however, their last victory vs. Sheffield united is big morale for them to perform vs. Chelsea.

However, ahead of the clash, Chelsea midfielder, N’golo Kante has predicted how the game will end.

According to Kante, he believes the Blues can defeat Liverpool at Anfield while adding that the match is important for the West London side.

“It is an important game for us, we are very close in the league. We go there for a win,” Kante said in a statement with Sky Sports News.

Kante however, didn’t rule out how difficult the game will but he stressed that he’s sure that the Blues can get a good result from Anfield.

Kante stated that the Blues intend to win all three points vs. Liverpool to move to the top four, which is the main focus under Thomas Tuchel for this season.

“We need to fight for it, to prepare for it, and to do everything we can to get in this top four,” Kante added.

Chelsea are currently seated in the fifth spot on the log and are a point ahead of Liverpool, who are seated at the 6th spot.
