Ahead of the summer transfer window, Liverpool have been linked with moves to sign a new midfielder.

The report has linked the Reds with the moves to sign Aaron Ramsey from the Italian side Juventus.

This is coming after Liverpool tried and failed to agree on fresh terms with Georginio Wijnaldum and the Reds are expected to lose the Netherlands international on a free transfer this summer.

According to Tutto Juve, Liverpool could respond by looking to take advantage of Juventus wanting to part ways with Ramsey during the next window.

Recall that Ramsey has revealed his intention to leave the Italian side over the failure to get enough chances.

The report revealed that the Old Ladies will be demanding a fee in the region of £10m for the Welshman, who they signed on a free transfer from EPL side Arsenal.

Ramsey since joining the Old Ladies has made only 65 appearances and he is hoping for a return to the Premier League next season.

Liverpool would only make a move for the Wales international if they can finish in the top four on the league table.

Another team that could make move Ramsey is his former club Arsenal who would be willing to welcome him back.
