Juventus linked with move for Chelsea goalie
Italian club Juventus have been linked with transfer moves for Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
Mendy, 30 was Chelsea’s main goalkeeper, who enjoyed big success at Stamford Bridge, which included winning the Champions League trophy.
However, there has been a turnaround for him since new manager Graham Potter took over at Chelsea.
The former Brighton manager favours Kepa Arrizabalaga ahead of Mendy, which has seen his game time reduce drastically.
Mendy is currently on international duty for Senegal, who have proceeded to the round of 16.
According to TuttoJuve, Serie A giants Juventus are looking into signing a new goalkeeper next season and Mendy may just be their man.
Mendy, who cost Chelsea £22million, is now linked with a potential move to the Seria A, where he could get more chances.
The Senegalese shot-stopper, who was recognised as one of the world’s top keepers not too long ago, could consider a move from Chelsea in the January transfer window.
