Chelsea could bid goodbye to at least four of their players could buy in the coming summer when their contract runs out.

Italy international Jorginho is one of such players, who could leave the club as his contract with the Blues will lapse at the end of this season.

The midfielder moved to Chelsea from Napoli in a £50m deal in the summer of 2018 to join his former coach Maurizio Sarri, he has since played under three different coaches.

Spanish club Barcelona have been linked with a move for Jorginho, who they consider a potential replacement for Sergio Busquets.

France international N’Golo Kante is another player that could leave Chelsea next summer and he recently rejected fresh terms to remain at the club.

Kante, during his time at Chelsea, established himself as one of the best midfielders in the world, winning the Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League, Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup for the Blues.

Lately, Kante has become more injury prone and managed just 21 Premier League starts in 2021/22.

Kante has been linked with moves to PSG and Juventus.

Brazil star Thiago Silva, who moved to Chelsea in 2020 as a free agent and made 48 appearances in all competitions last season will also run out of contract in 2023.

The 38-year-old Brazilian has been actively playing every minute in the Premier League so far this season.

Marcus Bettinelli, who joined Chelsea on a free transfer from Fulham in the 2020/21 season could also leave Stamford Bridge at the end of this summer.

Bettinelli is Chelsea’s third-choice goalkeeper, behind Edouard Mandy and Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Last season, he didn’t make any appearance for the Blues and he would likely fall further down the pecking order next year as Gabriel Slonina is set to arrive at Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window.
