The recent reports have revealed that Manchester United winger Amad Diallo will be banned for one game by the Football Association, FA.

Recall that Amad was impressive for the Red Devils after he scored a late winner against Liverpool in a FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday.

He was, however, sent off for pulling off his shirt.

The winger was shown a second yellow card for the celebration and trudged into the dressing room before the match ended.

Amad, who was introduced off the bench in the 85th minute, will now be unavailable for the Red Devils when they play Brentford in the Premier League after the international break.

Amad in a post-match statement admitted that he “forgot” about the first yellow, with emotion taking over.

But he must serve the suspension but will be hoping to be involved when Erik ten Hag’s side head to Wembley for a meeting with Coventry City in the semi-final.
