Estevao Willian: Why I joined Chelsea

Chelsea are set to welcome another striker at Stamford Bridge in person of Estevao Willian.

The forward in a recent comment has revealed the reason he opted to join Premier League side Chelsea.

According to Willian, he chose to move to the West London club because of their plans for the future.

The report revealed Willian has already undergone his medicals and reached an agreement with the Blues..

However, he is not expected Stamford Bridge until 2025, when he is expected to arrive at the club.

“I decided to join Chelsea because of their plan for the future,”  he said.

The young forward revealed he was very pleased with the Blues’ interest in him as it meant the club believed in me and trusted in his work.

“I hope I can pay that back,” he added.

The youngster, who is currently playing for Palmeiras, has been rated as one of the best talents in the world.

Meanwhile, as the international break ends next weekend, Chelsea will hope to maintain their top form when they travel to Anyfield.

The Blues will play against Premier League current toppers Liverpool and will hope to win three points from the game.
