EPL: Azpilicueta speaks ahead of Chelsea’s next match vs Leicester City

Chelsea defender and captain Cesar Azpilicueta during a recent open training in front of fans spoke ahead of the Blues’ next game on Saturday when they face Leicester City in the Premier League.

The Blues captain in a statement with fans during the club’s open day expressed disappointment with their last weekend’s match against Leeds United, which ended in a 3-0 scoreline.

He told fans the Blues are hoping to turn things around when they host Leicester City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Azpilicueta in a statement via Chelsea’s official website said: ‘First of all thank you for coming to watch our training session. Your support is massive and we feel it every single day, so it’s nice to have a day here with the fans.

‘We are all disappointed with Sunday’s result and we want to play straight away, so hopefully when we are back here at the Bridge on Saturday we can turn things around and get the win for you.’
