German club, Borussia Dortmund have fixed a transfer price for Erling Haaland.

According to ESPN, the German club fixed their asking price at £154 million for the 20-year-old.

Haaland has been in high demand from top football club across Europe owing to his top goal-scoring ability.

So far this season, the Norway striker has scored 49 goals in as many games, including 10 in six Champions League games.

With the German club finding it hard to qualify for next season’s Champions League, clubs like Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all on the lookout to make a move for him.

But Dortmund will demand £154m (€180m) for the 20-year-old, one year before a £65m release clause becomes active.

The report, however, added that Dortmund are hoping the high price will keep other clubs away and make Haaland remain at the club at least for another season.

With the transfer price now fixed, it is left to see which club will make the expensive money move in the summer transfer window.

In the case of Chelsea, a move for Haaland will require them to offload some of their strikers to assure him of regular playing chances.

Also, the Blues need to qualify for the Champions League next season before they can attract interest from Haaland.
