Current Champions League holder Chelsea might not be completing a deal for Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland this summer, according to reports.

Chelsea are eager to strengthen their club in all departments, and despite spending fortunes to bring in the likes of Timo Werner last season, they’ve been linked with Erling Haaland.

Haaland has shown his abilities in front of goals as he’s been scoring for fun in the Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund.

The Norway international was also on fire during the last Champions League, and his form has caught the attention of top teams like Chelsea, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona.

However, Chelsea’s hope of signing the 20-year-old this summer is dashed as Dortmund are not willing to let him go, according to Sky Sports News in Germany.

The report claimed Dortmund do not want to sell Haaland this summer, after allowing Jadon Sancho to complete his £73m move to Manchester United.

Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola is also reportedly asking for around £34.2m in commission as part of any deal that would see the striker depart the German outfit.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly willing to release funds to ensure the blues sign, Haaland, this summer.

Haaland was in terrific form last season, playing 41 times across all competitions for Dortmund, scoring 41 goals and providing 12 assists.
