Chelsea are prepared to back manager Graham Potter in clearing out three high-profile underperforming players at the club

The Blues’ recent 2-1 defeat to Fulham means they have won just two of their last ten matches in all competitions and are seated at the 10th spot on the EPL table.

Following the defeat, fans were heard chanting for the club’s former owner Roman Abramovich and former manager Thomas Tuchel.

So far this January transfer window, Boehly has signed the likes of David Fofana, Andrey Santos, Benoit Badiashile and Joao Felix and Chelsea remain in talks with more players.

As it looks, it appears Chelsea are moving toward bringing together a young squad which Potter will build at the west London club.

This will also bring about the sales of expensive players who are underperforming.

According to Metro UK, the Blues will consider offers for the likes of Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech, who cost a combined total of nearly £200million, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future remains in doubt.
