Chelsea tipped to win EPL title

Former football star and pundit Gary Neville has tipped Chelsea for the EPL title this season.

This comes after the Blues won all three points vs Brentford in their premier league clash on Saturday as Ben Chilwell gave them the lone goal to secure their win.

Neville is of the opinion that no club would want to play Chelsea, who are presently on top of the English Premier League table with 19 points from 8 games.

He stressed that even though Chelsea were without some of their key players, they have so many players to come back to.

“I think Chelsea can win the title. I know people say [Manchester] City and Liverpool, you can’t disagree with that after what they have done over these last three or four years,” Neville told Sky Sports.

“City’s performance at Chelsea a couple of weeks ago was incredible. But I do think this Chelsea team are resilient and they are tough to play against.”

Chelsea will now focus on their next match in the Uefa Champions League where they will face Malmo on Wednesday night.
