Watford star, Troy Deeney, has sent a message to Borussia Dortmund youngster Jude Bellingham as he urged him to avoid any move to Premier League giants Liverpool in the near future.

Deeney also advised Bellingham to move to the Spanish LaLiga where he can Real Madrid over moving to the EPL.

This comes as the reports have linked Bellingham with a move to top European clubs, including Liverpool, Real Madrid, Man United and Chelsea in recent weeks.

In a statement via The Sun, Deeney hailed the England midfielder, adding that the 19-year-old ‘will be the next Three Lions captain in three to four years’ time’.

“His family are very methodical,” Deeney said. “So they will sit down and think about the pros and cons for each move, but Jude will have his mind made up already.

“He doesn’t have the mindset of wanting to sit and have a few more years of development, but I don’t see Liverpool as the move.

“I can see why he would play there and why it would work, but I have just a feeling that Spanish football will suit him. If Real Madrid comes in, I can’t see him turning that down.”

He added: “I already think he is a superstar. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the face of the FIFA game next year and I think he will be England captain in three to four years.”
