Chelsea have every reason to be worried when they take on Spanish side Real Madrid on Wednesday night in the Uefa Champions League.

This comes as their 22-year-old star, Mason Mount suffered an injury during the Premier League match vs. Fulham on Saturday.

Mount started the match and helped create a goal scored by Kai Havtez as the Blues won the match and clinched all three points.

The reports revealed Mount suffered a suspected back injury on the 76-minute mark.

Aside from Mount, Chelsea could also face Real Madrid without Mateo Kovacic.

However, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel remains hopeful that Mount will be fit for the second leg.

Another injury scare at Stamford Bridge is Antonio Rudiger who is also expected to be fit before the Wednesday clash.

Chelsea have an edge of moving to the finals of the UCL having held the Los Blancos to a 1-1 draw last week in Spain.

A second leg at Stamford Bridge this week is expected to work in favour of the Blues.

Chelsea are also now comfortably seated at the top four on the Premier League table following their win over Fulham yesterday.

They have four games left before this season comes to an end.
