Chelsea star Christian Pulisic reveals how ex-Blues forward improved his game
Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic has opened up on the impact former Blues player Eden Hazard had on his game.
Pulisic joined Chelsea in January 2019 after it had been confirmed that Eden Hazard will be joining Real Madrid and he has been showing glimpses of his best form in the Premier League.
Though he has not been consistent in the past few weeks due to injury, former Manchester United star Paul Scholes has likened his playing abilities to Hazard.
Pulisic who will be eager to stay away from injury as the season progress has now shared his thoughts on the comparison he has received from Paul Scholes.
According to the U.S international, Hazard was a huge player for Chelsea and he will never try to compare himself to the Belgium star but with the compliment coming from someone like Paul Scholes, it’s a big one.
Pulisic noted that there’s no one obvious player he model his game on as he always want to
to take a lot of things from different players.
Not ready to hide under a finger, Pulisic added that he has learnt a lot from Hazard’s game, from watching him and watching his highlights, and there’s a lot of players like that. He is just trying to learn every day.
Eden Hazard has however not been able to replicate his good Chelsea form at Real Madrid due to consistent injury problem.
