Chelsea have been handed major boosts ahead of their weekend game against Leicester City in the Premier League.

Club football will return this weekend after the international break.

According to the reports, Cole Palmer, Levi Colwill and Jadon Sancho were all able to train with the group on Monday.

Chelsea led by manager Enzo Maresca will return to top-flight action at the King Power Stadium, with the aim to build on their unexpectedly impressive start to the campaign, which has left them in third spot on the Premier League log.

Recall that Palmer was tackled by Lisandro Martinez during Chelsea’s clash with Manchester United earlier this month.

Sancho is yet to make Chelsea squad this month due to a combination of illness and a knock, while Colwill’s England withdrawal has not been made public.

However, all three were available to train on Monday, suggesting that they could be available to play the Foxes on Saturday.

Colwill and Palmer have become key players in the Blues’ squad under Maresca, while Manchester United loanee Sancho has find his way into starting lineup, providing assists in three straight games versus Bournemouth, West Ham United and Brighton & Hove Albion.

Sancho’s absence has allowed Pedro Neto to get regular game time on the left-hand side.
