Chelsea midfielder leaves France camp

Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has left the France camp owing to personal reasons.

The report via RMC Sports revealed that Kante had to ‘leave’ for personal reasons ahead of France’s international friendly with Ivory Coast on Friday.

Kante left England to join up with the French national team for their upcoming internationals against Ivory Coast and South Africa.

However, after linking up with the national team earlier this week, the midfielder has had to pull out temporarily.

The report didn’t reveal if Kante will rejoin the team for the matches or not.

Aside from Kante, France may be without Presnel Kimpembe, Hugo Lloris and Mike Maignan for the upcoming matches due to injury.

The trio are, however, expected to return on Wednesday.

The French matches are friendly matches, Kante might not participate in it.

We will have to wait till next week to see if he will rejoin the French squad.
