Chelsea give conditions to part ways with Chukwuemeka
Aside from their move to sign new players this January transfer window, Chelsea are also ready to part ways with some of their stars including Carney Chukwuemeka.
Popular football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a recent statement listed conditions the Blues have set for clubs interested in signing Chukwuemeka on loan in January.
Chukwuemeka has failed to emerge as a regular player under manager Enzo Maresca this season, making just five appearances across the UEFA Conference League and Carabao Cup.
The player’s limited game time has raised questions about his future at Stamford Bridge, with top European clubs, including Italian side AC Milan and Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund, reportedly expressing interest in the young midfielder.
Chelsea are ready to part ways with Chukwuemeka and give a nod to clubs interested in him to make offers.
Romano while speaking on his YouTube channel said Chukwuemeka is expected to leave Chelsea this January on loan.
The football expert revealed Chukwuemeka could move to Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg but also Borussia Dortmund.
According to the transfer expert, Dortmund are in contact with the agent of the player and with Chelsea as they see Chukwuemeka as an ideal option for the midfield.
Romano also revealed the Blues would only approve a straight loan deal without an option to buy, want the fee to be paid, with player’s salary covered.
