Chelsea contemplate move for Marseille midfielder this summer

Chelsea could purportedly attempt to sign Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara during this current summer’s transfer window.

The midfielder has made 122 appearances for his Ligue 1 club in all competitions, contributing three goals and five assists in the process.

The 21-year-old was a fundamental player for Les Olympiens last season – featuring on 43 occasions – however it is felt that the French outfit are feeling the presure to sell him this summer because of their financial issues.

The report asserts that Chelsea see Kamara as a less expensive option in contrast to Declan Rice, who will be hard to sign this summer because of West Ham United’s high asking price.
