The latest report claim Chelsea and Italian side AC Milan have returned to the table to discuss a deal for Hakim Ziyech.

Ziyech has been named as one of the players to leave Chelsea this summer as he has struggled to get a regular spot in the Blues’ first team since joining them in 2020 as he only started 29 Premier League games across the last two seasons.

Amid his limited playing chances, the Moroccan’s future at the club has been doubted.

AC Milan were one of the clubs that were weighing up a move for the former Ajax player, but talks over a move have gone quiet over the last few weeks.

However, according to The Sun, AC Milan have rekindled their interest in the winger, who could fall further down the pecking order at Chelsea following the arrival of Raheem Sterling.

The Italian champions have reportedly reopened negotiations over a possible deal that could see Ziyech join former Chelsea players Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud at San Siro.
