Chelsea returned to action this weekend against Wolves in the Premier League.

The Blues were 2-0 up against Wolves and seemingly in control at Stamford Bridge.

However, they allowed in late goals on as the two sides split the points.

Reacting to the draw, Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta spoke about the club’s defensive issues.

He stressed that Chelsea need to get points from their remaining games to be able to play in the UCL next season.

‘It feels like a loss,’ admitted Azpilicueta afterwards.

‘To lose two points like this in the last minute is very disappointing. Even in the first half we conceded a few counter-attacks where they could have scored.

‘We used to be a very solid team, defending together. We didn’t make mistakes. Sometimes we have given goals away by ourselves. It’s very disappointing, very frustrating.

‘We are putting ourselves in a difficult position. We shouldn’t be here, we were in a much better position five games ago, but we are here, and now we need to get points if we want to finish in the Champions League places.’
