Barcelona ready to swap this Chelsea player for Pjanic

Spanish club, Barcelona are hoping to make some changes to their team ahead of the new season.

According to the report, the La Liga giants are considering a swap deal with Chelsea which could take place in the summer transfer window.

The report revealed that the Catalans are considering swap deal that could see Miralem Pjanic move to Stamford Bridge while Jorginho moves to Camp Nou.

According to the Sport report, it revealed that Barcelona has demanded the Italy midfielder in return for Pjanic.

However, this can only take place if Chelsea look to pursue the Bosnia international further.

This will be Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel first transfer window at Stamford Bridge and the report from the West London club has revealed that he’s started to formulate his plans ahead of next season, with several players on his mind.

It is however uncertain if Tuchel will accede to any transfer for Jorginho who he sees as an important player in the midfield alongside N’golo Kante.

Tuchel’s focus in the summer transfer window will be signing a new striker and a centre back that can take over from an ageing Thiago Silva.
