Apart from Lukaku, Inter Milan want Chelsea midfielder

It appears Italian Seria A side Inter Milan are determined to raid Chelsea this summer.

While they have been linked with reuniting with Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, they are also said to be interested in the Blues midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

The Italian side have been heavily linked with a move for Lukaku who has indicated that he would like to return to San Siro.

The Daily Mail also reported that Inter are also looking to sign the forward’s Chelsea teammate Loftus-Cheek.

It is said that Chelsea are reportedly looking for a transfer fee of £17m for the midfielder, which would be out of Inter’s price range, but the Coppa Italia holders are keen on signing the Englishman on a loan deal.

While the 26-year-old midfielder made 40 appearances for the Blues in the 2021-22 season, he only started in 13 Premier League games, and a move to Italy could present Loftus-Cheek with more game time.

Loftus-Cheek already has two loan experiences away from Stamford Bridge, having spent time at Crystal Palace and Fulham.
