Wright names perfect EPL spot Amorim’s Man Utd should finish at

Former Arsenal star, Ian Wright, recent stated that Manchester United finishing sixth under their new manager Ruben Amorim’s first season will be “perfect”.

Wright opined that missing out on a spot in the Champions League next season will not be a bad thing for the Red Devils.

As of now Man United are seated in the 12th spot on the league table after 12 games.

Wright in a statement via Optus Sport said for this season, if Manchester United can into sixth spot, it will be perfect with a new manager.

Recall that Amorim recorded a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town in his debut game as Man Utd manager.

Amorim will be looking to take all three points when the Red Devils host Everton this weekend.

The manager arrived at Old Trafford as a replacement for manager Erik ten Hag who was sacked after the Red Devils dropped to the 13th spot on the league table.

Ten Hag was closed to being sacked at Man Utd last season but he managed to keep a hold of his job till the new season after winning the FA Cup over Premier League champions Manchester City.
