Manchester United star Anthony Martial has been tipped to leave the club this summer on a free transfer.

Martial who is currently on the sidelines, will see his current deal with the Red Devils expire at the end of this season.

And according to popular football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, the France international will exit Old Trafford ahead of next season.

The Frenchman is expected to pick his next club in the coming months before sealing a deal with them when the summer window opens.

Romano in a tweet on Monday morning wrote:

“Anthony Martial will leave Man United at the end of the season, no doubts.

“He’s gonna pick his favourite option as the next club in the coming months, now focused on recovery.”

Recall that Martial made headlines after he penned a deal with Man United in 2015 for an initial fee of £36 million and £21.6 million in potential bonus payments.

His fees was regarded as the highest amount paid for a teenager.

Martial’s time at Old Trafford is coming to an end amid the club’s continuous struggle for form under their current manager Erik ten Hag.
