Ten Hag hails Man Utd”s newest signing

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has also reacted to the arrival of the club’s newest signing.

Ten Hag in a statement via Chelsea website, Ten Hag described the club’s latest recruit Yoro, a “huge talent.”

The Devils manager said this while applauding the 18-year-old for showing plenty of promise in his first trainm session with Man United.

Recall that Yoro completed his transfer to the Red Devils from Lille on Thursday.

Yoro had turned down interest from La Liga giants Real Madrid to make the move to Old Trafford.

The defender was handed his debut start for Man United’s pre-season friendly win against Rangers over the weekend.

Speaking about Yoro’s first game for Man United, Ten Hag via MUTV said it was very exciting, for the defender and for the club.

Ten Hag stressed that Man Utd were pleased they signed the defender, who is a huge talent, adding that the club will belooking forward to working with him, to build him.

“You could see he’s a player straight on the pitch yesterday in the training drills, so comfortable,” Ten Hag said.

Hopefully, Yoro will be available for Man Utd’s next pre-season games against Premier League side Arsenal next weekend.
