Rangnick gets new coaching job

Man Utd interim manager Ralf Rangnick has landed a new coaching job ahead of the arrival of Erik ten Hag who would replace him at Old Trafford at the end of the season.

The report revealed that German has agreed a two-year deal to take charge of Austria’s national team.

He would, however, combine the job with his role as a consultant with Manchester United once Erik ten Hag resumes his position at Old Trafford.

Austrian outlet Kurier, reports that the 63-year-old has now also reached an agreement with the president of Austria’s Football Association (OFB).

The report claims that Rangnick would be officially confirmed by the OFB in coming days

Austria needed to appoint a new manager after they failed to make the World Cup in Qatar later this year.

After the Red Devils recent draw against Chelsea, Rangnick now has three more games to lead the team to play in the Premier League.
