Manchester United have made some new changes as they unveiled new squad numbers ahead of next season.

This comes as the Red Devils in a statement on their official website on Monday announced that summer signing Bryan Mbeumo will wear the no.19 jersey previously worn by Raphael Varane at Old Trafford

Man United also stated that Matheus Cunha will take over Marcus Rashford’s no.10 following the Englishman’s loan transfer to join Spanish club Barcelona.

Diego Leon who arrived in the summer was handed the no.30, while Diogo Dalot will wear the no.2 shirt vacated by Victor Lindelof.

Dalot switched from the no.20 he had worn since moving to Old Trafford in 2018.

Following Christian Eriksen’s exit and Jonny Evans’ retirement, the no.14 and no.35 are now available.

With Manchester United expected to sign more players before the end of the summer transfer window, new players could take Eriksen and Evans’ shirt numbers.
