Man Utd forward joins PAOK
Manchester United have bid goodbye to another player this summer transfer window.
This comes as recent reports revealed the Red Devils forward, Shola Shoretire has sealed a move away from Old Trafford to join Greek Super League side, PAOK.
Man United also made the news public in a statement on their website on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old moved to PAOK comes after his contract expired with the Red Devils.
Shoretire made his Premier League debut as a substitute against Newcastle United in 2021.
Recall that the striker lacked regular game time under former manager Erik ten Hag’s squad.
As of now, Shoretire is the Red Devils’ youngest player to feature in European competition after playing against Spanish side Real Sociedad in the Europa League soon afterwards.
Shoretire’s exit comes as Man Utd continue to restructure their team ahead of the new season.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils led by manager Erik ten Hag have been linked with moves to new players and have completed some signings this summer.
Man Utd are looking to compete for trophies next season having managed to win the FA Cup in the finals last season ahead of their neighbours Man City.
