How this Man Utd midfielder rejected two offers from Saudi
Manchester United midfielder and Portugal star Bruno Fernandez continues to remain loyal to the club as recent reports revealed he turned down two offers to move to Saudi Arabia.
This was made public by popular transfer guru Fabrizio Romano on Monday in a post via his verified Twitter account.
According to Romano, the midfielder remains interested in the project at Old Trafford and wants to stay put at the club, where he is favourite to be named the next permanent captain after Harry Maguire was dropped by manager Erik ten Hag.
He wrote: “Understand Bruno Fernandes rejected more than two approaches from Saudi one month ago.
“It’s only Manchester United for Bruno who’s expected to become the next permanent captain.”
With former Chelsea star Mason Mount now a new addition to the Red Devils midfield, he and Fernandez could be a force that could help Man Utd compete for titles next season.
