Real Madrid ready to let this former Chelsea striker leave

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has dropped a huge Eden Hazard transfer boost ahead of the next summer transfer window.

Hazard a few weeks ago was linked with a sensational return to Chelsea barely over two years after he forced a transfer away from Stamford Bridge to sign for Real Madrid in a deal worth around £100million.

However, things have not been easy for Hazard in the Spanish La Liga as he has failed to put up an impressive performance for the Los Blancos since joining them.

Hazard has three years to go on his current contract with Real Madrid, but the latest statement from Ancelotti gives speculation that the club is ready to let him leave if he wants to.

“Never in my coaching career have I forced a player to stay when they want to leave,” Ancelotti said to Mundo Deportivo via Google Translate.

“In my personal opinion, there is no question about that. If a player wants to leave, he will leave. There is not much doubt about this.”

His recent statement is an open invitation to Chelsea, who are reported interested in signing back their former talisman.
