Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino after his side were held to a 4-4 draw in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge by Man City on Sunday failed to shake hands with his Pep Guardiola.

The reason may be because Pochettino was focused on expressing his displeasure at the match officials.

A highlight after the game showed as Pochettino stormed onto the pitch angrily in the direction of the match officials and had to be restrained by members of his staff.

The Blues manager was furious after referee Anthony Taylor blew the final whistle, with Marc Cucurella in possession of the ball.

“My reaction at the end of the game wasn’t great. I apologise to Anthony Taylor and the rest of the referees,” the Blues boss told beIN Sports.

On his part, Guardiola said: “No problem. Really, it’s not a problem. I don’t want to say one word. It’s fine. The emotion happens to me sometimes. It’s fine.”
