Why Chelsea should sign Erling Haaland

As the season continues fully after the end of the Winter transfer window, it looks like some clubs are already drawing a list of players they could sign in the next transfer window which will be in the summer.

I Chelsea seems to be among the clubs that have drawn a list, however popular football pundit, Paul Merson has advised Chelsea on one player they must sign in the summer.

Merson in a statement revealed the player as Erling Haaland as the player as he revealed why Chelsea must sign him in the next transfer window.

Haaland has become a prominent player among players in Europe and is also a key player at Borussia Dortmund.

He is known for his goal-scoring skill and already has 15 goals to his name this season for Dortmund.

Of all the teams who are in for Erling Haaland, Chelsea is the ones who need him most,” he wrote in the Daily Star.

“They have always been successful with someone who has a presence up front and Haaland has that. He’s going to score bundles wherever he goes.

Why new Chelsea coach will be willing to add Haaland to his team at Stamford Bridge, it will take the backing of the Blues board for the move to take place.

Concerning Chelsea’s heavy signing last season, with no tangible results so far, it is uncertain if they will be willing to spend again this summer.
