Chelsea might have had a week never to forget in a hurry but their manager, Frank Lampard is optimistic for the games ahead of them as he shares details of what needs to be done.

The Blues have not been able to replicate their Champions League form into the Premier League as their last two matches have end in losses, a move that has seen them move down to fifth on the table.

With the Blues having six days to prepare for their next match having had to play every three or four days for the past few weeks, Lampard noted that the players can have a little bit of a rest and hopefully not a happy rest because they just lost some games.

However, he confirmed that physically the players need a bit of break before going into another really busy period.

On what they need to do ahead of their next match, Lampard noted that the blues need to reflect on the two games they have lost points, which is disappointing.

Though he insisted that it’s a long season, Lampard agreed that his team have to bounce back.

The Blues manager added that his team is a young group and some of them are new to the league but he expects them to get better.
