Chelsea midfielder and France international, N’golo Kante has spoken ahead of the Blues second-leg match vs. Real Madrid in the Uefa Champions League next week Wednesday.

For Kante, the First-leg which was played on Wednesday was played against a difficult team who are considered one of the best in Europe.

However, Chelsea gave in their best by hold the Los Blancos down to a 1-1 draw which gives them a huge advantage with the second-leg to be played at Stamford Bridge.

Speaking on the Wednesday match, Kante in a statement thinks that the 1-1 scoreline is a fair result.

He noted that the Blues had many chances that they didn’t score, but they can be happy with the draw.

”We’re looking forward to playing at home and hopefully qualifying for the final,” Kante said.

Speaking ahead of the second leg, Kante said Chelsea need to take the positives from the first leg.

He said, ”Yes, we could have scored more goals from the chances we created, but the main thing is we were creating the opportunities to score, and that’s a positive sign.”

Kante was named the man of the match during the first leg and would hopefully be leading the Blues to winning ways when they meet Real Madrid for the second time.
