As Frank Lampard continue to prove how worthy he is to lead Chelsea out of their current predicament, he is not leaving any stone unturned in the transfer market.

Transfer of players across clubs in Europe started some days ago and top clubs are already eyeing who will be brought in to change the face of their squad.

Chelsea have been tipped with a lot of players but the one that keeps popping up is Declan Rice who has been linked with the blues for that past few seasons.

Declan Rice has become a household name in West Ham United midfield and Chelsea are not ready to lose him to another Premier League side.

The West Ham captain is valued at £73m, and Chelsea are willing to match that asking price by letting off some players so as to raise fund.

According to the reports, some set of unwanted players will be let go so as to raise fund that will ensure Rice is brought to England.

Rice left Chelsea as a young boy and he is willing to reunite with his former team as they want to compete at all front this year.

It is however uncertain if the Blues will be willing to offer the fees demanded by West Ham.
