Tottenham Hotspur in talks with Seria A side over a possible loan move for star winger

Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur has been linked with a move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic as they are eager to bolster their squad.

Ivan Perisic was on top of his game last season for Bayern Munich as he won the UEFA Champions League with the Bundesliga champion but that has not helped him in forcing his way into Antonio Conte’s team.

The 31-year-old winger has been forced to watch most of Inter Milan’s game this season on the bench, starting just half of their 22 matches this term.

Top clubs have been monitoring his situation at the Italian club and Tottenham have been tipped as the most preferred destination for the skillful winger.

According to Foot Mercato, Jose Mourinho is ready to bring Perisic to London on a loan deal as he sees the winger as a plus for his team currently battling the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool for a spot on top of the league.

Tottenham Hotspur have been in a good form ever since the season started and they are ready to compete in all the competition they are in having qualified for the final of the carabao cup.

Ivan Perisic’s contract with Inter Milan will end in 2022 and he has contributed just one goal and two assists in 15 Serie A appearances this campaign.
