While the January transfer window may be over, football clubs are now looking out for players they can sign in the summer transfer window which is months away.

The reports disclosed that some football clubs are already having discussions behind code door and from the latest report, one of the deals we could see in the summer is a Chelsea – Inter Milan swap deal.

Chelsea are said to be willing to bring Christian Eriksen back to the Premier League and sending Jorginho to Inter Milan as a part of a swap deal, Calciomercato reports.

The report also revealed that the Italian side are willing to accept the deal as Eriksen continues to struggle at San Siro.

The highlight that will come with this deal if it sees the light of the day is that Chelsea will be bringing back Eriksen who played for their arch-rival, Tottenham Hotspur back to the premier league.

The report also disclosed that Inter Milan and Chelsea are already having a discussion on this but it is still in the early stage.

It was, however, revealed that Chelsea will hope to get an extra payment on the swap deal as they consider Jorginho to be of more value than Eriksen.

The Blues are said to be demanding an extra £18 million for the swap deal to take place.
