Ter Stegen names best goalies in the world

La Liga gains Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen in a recent statement mention his top three goalkeepers in the world and one Premier League goalie made his list.

The German star who is considered one of the best shot-stoppers in the world posted one of the best defensive records in a historical campaign with the Blaugran last season.

During an interview with Barcelona’s media, he was asked about his top three current goalkeepers in world football.

He named Thibaut Courtois of Real Madrid, Ederson of Man City and Alex Remiro of Real Sociedad as his top three.

“I wouldn’t include myself. Well, there’s [Thibaut] Courtois, who I think is doing a fantastic job. Last season and before, Ederson [Moraes] was doing a great job too.

“I could name many more, but I will limit myself to three. I have a lot of time for [Alex] Remiro. I think he’s been doing a great job in recent years, and I really like him as a person too,” Ter Stegen said.
