A report via Cadena COPE claimed Spanish club Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has received an offer from Manchester United.

This comes ahead of the end of Ancelotti’s current contract with the La Liga side which expires at the end of the season.

Before the reported offer from the Red Devils, the Italian has already been approached to become the next head coach of the Brazil national team.

The 64-year-old manager could replace Erik ten Hag at the end of the season if he agrees to move to Old Trafford.

Ancelotti, who has previously managed Chelsea and Everton in the Premier League, has already made it clear that he wants to extend his deal with the Los Blancos.

Meanwhile, Ten Hag has come under pressure over Man United’s inconsistent start to the season.

However, the Red Devils have now won five out of their last six Premier League games, and are just six points behind leaders Arsenal.
