Potter hails the player after game vs Man Utd
Chelsea manager Graham Potter has named Kepa Arrizabalaga as one of the impressive players during their recent 1-1 draw vs Man Utd.
According to Potter, Arrizabalaga helped the Blues a lot against Man United at Stamford Bridge.
The Spaniard put in an impressive display but the Blues were denied all three points by a looping Casemiro’s last-gasp header after Jorginho had given them the lead late in the game.
Asked about the performance of his team, Potter told BBC 5 live after the match: “We certainly could have played better, but the result is a fair reflection of the game, Kepa was brilliant, and he helped us a lot.”
Chelsea will now return to action in the Uefa Champions League when they face RB Salzburg in their next game on Tuesday.
Kepa, who is now the Blues’ number-one goalie is expected to retain his spot during the match.
