Onana speaks on row with Maguire
Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has revealed he has a good relationship with his colleague Harry Maguire despite their row a few weeks ago.
Recall that Onana left his the post to berate Maguire during a pre-season friendly 3-2 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in Las Vegas.
The Cameroonian, who arrived at Old Trafford from Inter Milan in the summer, was unhappy with a sloppy pass from the centre-half.
When asked about the incident, Onana told the press ahead of Man United’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich on Wednesday that he has a good relationship with his colleague.
The keeper said: “No, Harry is a very good guy, I have a good relationship with him, I even spoke with him this morning before we took off for Munich.
“What happened there, I already explained straight after the game.
“I don’t think we have to give importance to what happened because we are big guys and what happens on the pitch stays on the pitch and we definitely have a good relationship.”
