Mbappe offered €1billion to stay at PSG amid link to Real Madrid, Arsenal

France international Kylian Mbappe had been trending on social media after French club Paris Saint-Germain offered him a mouth-watering contract worth €1 billion (£865m/$1.1bn).

The report via Defensa Central revealed PSG  tabled a 10-year deal with Mbappe, which is worth €1bn.

This comes as the French club plan to tie the France forward to the Ligue 1 club till the age of 34, which is virtually a lifetime deal.

If Mbappe accepts the offer, it would become the most lucrative sports contract in history.

Recall that the football star had in June, told the PSG hierarchy he would not extend his current contract which expires June 2024.

The player had also reportedly informed PSG that he is not motivated by money as he wants to move to the Spanish La Liga with Real Madrid, where he can win every potential trophy available.

Aside from Real Madrid, Mbappe was also once linked with moves to EPL side Arsenal.
