Man Utd newest striker reveals why he moved to Old Trafford
Manchester United are determined to compete with their arch-rival Manchester City next season and made some new additions to their squad this summer window to see it become a reality.
The Red Devils’ newest signing, Rasmus Højlund in a statement said that he joined the Premier League giants because he has been a fan of the Red Devils as a teenager.
Recall that Man United on Saturday announced they have completed their move for Højlund from Atalanta.
The reports revealed the 20-year-old striker penned a long-term contract with Erik ten Hag’s side.

Speaking after joining Man United, Højlund said as quoted by the club’s official website: “It is no secret that I have been a fan of this great club since I was a small boy, and I dreamed of walking out at Old Trafford as a Manchester United player.
“I am incredibly excited by this opportunity to turn that dream into a reality, and I am determined to repay the faith that the club has shown in me.”
