Just as every club in Europe await the January transfer window, some Chelsea defender are already being scouted by Leeds United who are ready to improve their squad.

Chelsea have been blessed with numerous talents in all departments as some defenders have not been having enough playing time due to the high level of competition in the squad.

Frank Lampard currently boast of five centre backs in his first team squad, and it’s expected that at least one of them will definitely be allowed to leave the club this window either on loan or a permanent deal.

According to multiple reports, Antonio Rudiger has attracted interest, as has Fikayo Tomori, and both are not considered starters right now and both could leave.

Premier League newcomers, Leeds United are showing an interest in signing Tomori on loan and the England International might be tempted into making the move.

He has dropped way down the Chelsea pecking order and certainly needs to go out on loan to get some first team football.

Tomori will also be eager to prove a point to Frank Lampard just as Kurt Zouma did when he was on loan at Everton some season ago.

Leeds United have also become one of the most feared team in Premier League ever since they started their new adventure at the league as they’ve been grinding in some positive results.
