Chelsea will return to action on Thursday evening when they face Man Utd in the Premier League at Old Trafford.

The Blues head to the game after their 1-0 defeat to EPL champions Man City last weekend.

Ahead of their match vs Man Utd, Chelsea’s interim manager, Frank Lampard, in a pre-match statement confirmed that four of his players will be unavailable on Thursday evening.

According to Lampard, the likes of Ben Chilwell, Mason Mount, Reece James, and Benoit Badiashile are all out for the game due to injury and lack of fitness.

“No, we don’t have players returning. Mason [Mount], Reece [James] and Chilly (Ben Chilwell) won’t make the game,” Lampard said.

“Benoit [Badiashile], we know, is out; we are as we were. Joao [Felix] had a small injury at the weekend; he’s back involved.”
