European clubs Juventus and Barcelona have shown interest to sign Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to The Athletic.

The report stressed that the two clubs are ready to agree to loan terms of the players.

It seems the Gunners are ready to let Aubameyang leave as he has not played for them since he was stripped of the captaincy by manager Mikel Arteta last month following a series of disciplinary breaches.

The report revealed that the North London club are now looking to offload the 32-year-old, who arrived at the Emirates in a £56m deal from Borussia Dortmund four years ago.

Arsenal are said to be in transfer talks with Barca and Juventus as the two clubs want to sign Aubameyang on an initial loan deal.

The report also claimed that Saudi Arabian club, Al Hilal, are also interested in signing Aubameyang and are ready to cover his £350,000-a-week salary in full, which Barca and Juve could both struggle to achieve.

However, the Gabon international reportedly prefers to keep playing in Europe and may not consider moving to Saudi Arabia.
