I made a mistake joining Arsenal – Olympiacos star spills

Olympiacos midfielder, Willian, in a recent statement has admitted he made a big mistake moving to Premier League club Arsenal.

Recall that Willian exited Chelsea to pen a deal with the Gunners as a free agent in 2020.

However, in a statement via Five YouTube channel, the Brazil star revealed that he endured the most difficult time of his career at the Emirate Stadium.

William said he wasn’t happy at Arsenal which was why he struggled to impress at the club.

The Brazilian recalled that when arrived at the North London club  he was happy, motivated, and wanted to do well  for his new club, new mates, new project but after three months, he told his agent about his decision to leave Arsenal.

Williams said he didn’t want to speak bad about the club, because it is a big club, stressing that Arsenal have a big history.

He revealed that playing at Arsenal was the most difficult time of his life.

William recounted how he gave up big money leave Arsenal.

“But sometimes money is not the most important thing in life. I think you need to be happy, get pleasure every day waking up in the morning to go to train,” he said.

The Brazilian now plays for Olympiacos, where he has been quite impressive.
